1. Email Subscription Privacy Policy

For the email subscription, we collect your email address and the first name you provide. We will use these to personalise messages to you about our designer tool.

We use Brevo as our marketing platform. By submitting the email subscription form, you agree that the personal data you provided will be transferred to Brevo for processing by Brevo's Privacy Policy. We rely on the Brevo platform to protect the data you have submitted.

3. Sign-Up Information Privacy Policy

3.1. Usage

We use your sign-up information to determine your project data and access to it.

3.2. Collection

When you sign up using Google, we use their authentication of your identity and collect an identifier of you along with your email address. Your icon and your name might also show in our app once you sign in - but only if you have provided these to Google and allow them to pass and show publicly. We do not store your icon and name - the app displays it blindly - unless you screenshot it and send it in feedback.

3.3 Retention

We will store your user identifier with your email address to identify your project data until you cancel your account. Once you do, we will delete your sign-up information no more than 30 days after the event.

The app temporarily uses data you provide to look up information about a property.

5.2. Collection

Depending on your location, the app might enable you to search for topographical data and imagery by a lot's addresses or title. When you type in a property identifier or its location, the app will use it to look up relevant information using third-party services.

We do not store the text you input as a property identifier or its location.

5.4. Terms and Conditions

By using the property location or title topographical data look-up, you agree to adhere to the third-party providers' policies. We reserve the right to cancel your account on suspicion of using the feature unethically or to mine data.

6. Project Data Privacy Policy

6.1. Usage

We use your project data to provide you with our tool. By seeing the numbers or types of entities in your design, we can better understand the use cases for our tool and improve it.

6.2. Collection

We collect data about your project - such as added objects, attached images, project name, settings and sharing information.

We do not store your address or accurate geolocation of your property - we discard the address you input to look up any typographical data once we retrieve it. We strip the data we provide you of any geolocation.

When you request the typographical data for an address or a land title, we also round up the location to the nearest 1 degree of latitude and longitude. We set the information to provide you with a sun trajectory demonstration. You can change the latitude and longitude manually in the app, but we force it to round to an approximate location to protect the privacy of our users.

6.3. Retention

We store project data with a cloud provider we trust.

If you delete your account, we will delete your project data within 30 days. Once deleted, we are unable to recover any project data.

6.4. Terms and Conditions

6.4.1. Anonymity of Project Data

We politely request you to omit any specific identifiable details in your projects - like full names and addresses of yours, your clients, friends, or family. We see it as a good security practice.

6.4.2. Legality of Project Data

You agree not to store or use project data to associate with an illegal venture. We reserve the right to cancel your account on suspicion of using the tool for an illegal or unethical activity.

6.4.3. Project Data of Inactive Account

We consider your account inactive if you - as its owner, have not used it for two years.

If we recognise your account as inactive, we might contact you to understand if you wish to continue using our product. Devoid of your reply, after a waiting period of 30 days after that event, we will delete your project data.

We consider your account active if you are using the system. An example of an activity is logging in or editing project data.

6.4.4. Project Data Availability and Retrieval

After your account or your project data has been deleted, we cannot reinstate it.

7. Feedback Data Privacy Policy

You can submit the feedback in the app. You can choose to provide contact details for a confirmation or a resolution. To illustrate the issue, you can attach a screenshot. The app allows you to remove any parts of the screen you do not wish to share with us.

7.3. Retention

We will delete feedback data not associated with an account within 180 days of the feedback submission.

If you choose to delete your account, we will delete the data associated with it within 30 days of the event.

We will delete data associated with an account after 180 days otherwise.

7.4. Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to note down and retain anonymised feedback indefinitely to improve the app and customer experience.

8. Addressed Communication Privacy Policy

8.1. Collection and Usage

When you send us an addressed mail, email, or a direct message, we might receive your name, surname, email or mailing address. We will use these for a reply.

8.2. Retention

If you contact us using digital media, you have agreed to use the required provider's privacy policy, terms, and conditions. It will likely mean the provider will collect and store your data. The communication you send us will continue to be visible to us if provided by a medium like an email or a social media platform.

If you send us physical mail - depending on its nature, we will either make a digital copy and dispose of it by shredding it or store it in a safe.

8.3. Terms and Conditions

When contacting us via an email, post or a media account, please bear in mind there might be impostors using our brand name and that digital communication might not be safe. If you receive communication via a phone or other media not listed on our website, there is a likelihood of being fraudulent. Always refer to our website for contact details. We cannot take legal responsibility for acts of impersonators.

8.3.2. Addressed Communication Data Deletion

We reserve the right to input your data - email and name - into a customer management system for future reference.

If you decide to delete your account, we will delete addressed data that could identify you within 30 days after the event. You can contact us to request the deletion of your contact data via the same platform you have used to originate our communication on the condition we are managing the account.

Please note the deletion of data you provided via third-party platforms depends on the relevant provider's terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to note down any statistical data about you that you might provide us or your anonymised feedback so that we can continuously improve the customer experience.
