Advanced Contours
- Topography is one of the foundations of great ecological design. Contour data is essential for designing water and nutrient runoff management, swale positioning, and access paths. We are now introducing Advanced Contours to the Base Map Wizard. The update expands our coverage across the entirety of Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, and gives you control over your contour intervals.

Planting Row Presets
- Dreaming of a food forest or an orchard, but not sure where to start? We have created presets for the Planting Row tool that might inspire your placement and help you space the planting out. After selecting the type of planting row you wish to create, it is easy to look for options for each type of plant.

Planting Row Appearance Improvements
- We have made the design and detailing of complex food forests and agroforestry rows clearer. We updated the Planting Row tool to help you better visualise your forest layers, and you can now utilise espaliers and transparent centres.

Measuring Tool
- Apart from seeing the dimensions of individual paths or objects when editing a path, Permiehub now includes a measuring tool to highlight sizes in designs. It helps with placing trees, garden beds and other objects with the desired spacing.
